TAAS’s Founder and CEO has participated as a Principal in 2,437 units, with acquisitions of over $320 million in Texas, Florida, Georgia and Arkansas. Mr. Siddiqui founded TAAS investments in 2013, which has developed land and built several multi-family buildings in the DFW area. Its current projects include building of Townhomes and a Mixed-use development in Wylie and a Single Family Build-to-Rent subdivision in Melissa, TX. Since leaving the Financial Industry in 2005, Mr. Siddiqui has been involved with land development, construction, acquisitions, and asset management of rental properties. He has invested in a total of 2,437 units in Texas, Florida, Georgia and Arkansas as a Co-Sponsor, Key Principal or Passive Investor. From April 2001 to September 2005, he worked as Director and Founding Partner of AltVantage Group, an independent unit formed under the auspices of John A. Levin & Co, New York. From February 1998 to January 2001, he worked for Bank Julius Baer, New York where he held senior positions including Vice President – Fund Investment Group. Mr. Siddiqui earned his MBA in Finance from Fordham University, New York and has Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics & Statistics.

Tony Lopez joined TAAS Investments in 2020 as an Asset Manager. He is responsible for overseeing two vital aspects of our operations: TAAS Multifamily Portfolio: Tony leads the management and optimization of our diverse multifamily property portfolio. His expertise ensures that our properties consistently perform at their best, meeting both financial goals and market standards. Tony’s dedication to maximizing returns on investment sets the foundation for our success. TAAS Property Management Company: In addition to property portfolios, Tony manages our in-house property management company. Education: Tony holds an educational background from Texas A&M University in Commerce, Texas.
Uzair Siddiqui is a Project Manager and Civil Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Boise State University, which he received in May 2019. After graduation, Uzair worked as a Project Engineer at Hansen Rice Inc. in Nampa, Idaho from May 2019 to June 2021. During his time there, he was responsible for budgeting, estimation, labor tracking, bid comparisons, and client meetings on projects throughout the country.
